IT Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Executive to support and

maintain our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The IT Executive will be

responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network and data security,

managing hardware and software assets, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Job Responsibilities:

 Provide first-line technical support to internal users on hardware, software, and

network issues.

 Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.

 Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and hardware.

 Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.

 Assist in maintaining data backup, antivirus protection, and disaster recovery plans.

 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance.

 Ensure IT policies, procedures, and best practices are followed.

 Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and recommend improvements.

 Document IT processes, user guides, and support logs.

 Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.

 Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

 Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.

 Experience with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

 Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and prerequisites:

1. Experience preference : 2-3 years

2. Qualification : Diploma / BCA

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
