​ Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee scheduling.  Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and addressing their inquiries or concerns.  Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the fashion retail industry is required.  In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and brands.  Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale system
