Job Description
RAPS is Seeking a Part Time Caregiver to Assist an Individual who is a Quadriplegic (A48)
Location: Rural Stony Plain (10 minutes west of Stony Plain)
Days/Hours: Friday 2pm – 5pm & 8pm -11pm & Saturday +am – 12pm, 2pm – 5pm and 8pm – 11pm must be able to work all shifts
Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to full personal care, catheter care, mechanical and manual transfers, medication administration, support on outings, light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Qualifications and Other Requirements: Must have a recent criminal record check including a vulnerable sector check, a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent experience, a class 5 driver’s license and vehicle, be a non-smoker and be physically fit.
Rate of Pay: $23/hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Flexible language requirement:
French not required
Schedule:
Day shift
Evening shift
Every Weekend
Morning shift
Weekends as needed
