About the Role:

We are hiring a Data Entry & Sales Associate to join our growing remote team. This role combines lead generation, cold calling, professional communication, and precise data entry. Ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent PowerPoint abilities, and a keen interest in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality sales leads through research and outreach
• Perform cold calls to U.S.-based prospects and clients
• Create impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Handle large volumes of accurate data entry and record keeping
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external clients
• Support the sales and recruiting functions with documentation and coordination
• Understand and adapt to U.S. market basics and business culture
• Work during U.S. night shift hours
Requirements:
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Expertise in data entry with high speed and accuracy
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone)
• Basic knowledge of U.S. geography and business landscape
• Exposure to or interest in the staffing/recruitment industry
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and adaptability
• Atleast Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
