We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our team at Raah child development center, which specializes in working with children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders. The psychologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing counseling, and conducting therapy for children with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and behavior observations
Provide therapy and counseling to children and their families
Assist in creating individualized behavior intervention plan.
Work collaboratively with special educators, therapists, and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Support parents and families through guidance and regular feedback
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing training
Requirements:
M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Child Psychology
RCI Registration (preferred or in process)
Experience with special needs children is an added advantage
Freshers with strong interest in child development may apply
Empathetic, patient, and good with children and parents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Expected hours: 30 – 70 per week
