Full job description
We are a busy fabrication plant with ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Operating of skid steer, excavator, roller, aerial work platforms, telehandler, forklift

· Clearing land of organics, topsoil, asphalt, concrete or other materials

· Grading and sloping as per engineer requirements

· Placing, levelling and compacting road-base and gravel per engineer requirements

· Building forms

· Assembling and tying rebar per engineer requirements

· Pouring slab, operating of vibrator

· Spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete, using rake, shovel, hand trowel, screed, and float

· Drilling holes for anchor bolts

· Anchoring and erection of steel structures per engineering drawings

· Insulating and cladding of steel structures

· Installing steel doors, windows or other materials required for the building envelope

· Anchoring machinery, equipment, and steel racks to the floor

· Unloading and carrying materials at construction sites

· Assembling and applying construction materials to build structures

· Cleaning out site from debris and discarded material

The ideal candidates will have a wide range of construction experience.
