Thincredblu Securities Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing SEBI-registered stock brokerage firm based in Mumbai, focused on leveraging technology and quantitative research to build innovative trading strategies across Indian markets.
We are expanding our research and automation capabilities and are looking for talented professionals to join our options trading desk.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Options Traders to develop and optimize rule-based, automated trading systems for the options segment on NSE and BSE. T

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in options trading and backtesting with a proven ability to build systems that deliver high ROI with controlled risk-reward metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and backtest rule-based algorithmic trading strategies in the options segment.
Identify profitable trading opportunities using quantitative techniques, market data analysis, and statistical modeling.
Optimize and monitor trading system performance using risk-adjusted metrics (e.g., Sharpe Ratio, Drawdown etc).
Maintain trading logs, post-trade analysis, and system improvements based on performance reviews.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
Knowledge of backtesting softwares such as amibroker / python / tradingview backtesting etc.
2+ years of experience in algorithmic or quantitative trading, preferably in the Indian options markets (NSE/BSE).
Strong understanding of options traded on NSE/BSE.
Proven track record of building profitable and scalable trading systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
