Skilled Labourer & Renovation Helper Job Type: Full-time or part-time (3–5 days/week) Location: Powell River, BC and surrounding area Company Overview: We are a locally owned renovation company delivering high-quality residential projects with an emphasis on craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our work includes bathroom remodels, flooring, tile, drywall, trim work, and occasional exterior projects. Job Description: We’re looking for a dependable, motivated skilled labourer and renovation helper to join our crew. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with some experience in the construction or renovation trades who’s looking to grow and refine their skills across a variety of tasks and job sites. In addition to renovation work, this role includes general labour, site cleanup, and occasional property maintenance. Day-to-day duties will vary, and the job will best suit someone who is flexible, adaptable, and enjoys working on a range of projects. Responsibilities: Assist with a wide range of residential renovation tasks, including: Demolition and prep Drywall installation and patching Tile and flooring installation Trim and finish carpentry Light framing and carpentry support Miscellaneous labour and general property maintenance Occasional exterior work as needed Additional duties: Maintain safe, clean, and efficient job sites Work closely with the lead carpenter and follow direction Show up consistently and contribute to a positive team environment Requirements: 1+ year of hands-on construction or renovation experience (preferred) Familiar with common tools and job site safety Able to lift, move, and carry materials when needed Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn Valid driver’s license and reliable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
