Full job description
First Priority Manufacturing is a contract manufacturer located in Ferndale, WA as a contract manufacturer we pride ourselves on our quality. We provide a full service quality program for all of our customers, this begins and ends with our documentation.

Job Duties will include:

- Evaluating documents before retention and addressing any needed changes or missing signatures before they are finally approved

- Previewing all incoming raw material documentation and completing reviews, test assigning and communicating between purchasing and the laboratory. Ensuring that the speed of processing of all incoming raw materials is being completed effectively and notifying management if there are materials that are stuck or falling behind.

- Performing Quality Control audits, by evaluating the quality system and reporting any missing or questionable areas to management for further review

- Reviewing documentation for the release of productions for adherence to standard operating procedures

- Reviewing label compliance with quality control and providing customers with all the needed regulatory recommendations for a finished product

- Ensuring compliance to all Standard Operating Procedures

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience in a Quality based position, preferably one in a cGMP facility

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong mathematical and measurement skills

- Ability to work well on a team while excelling in autonomous work

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, while using stairs, standing, kneeling, and crouching as job requires

- Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift
