Looking for skilled baristas to join our team

Sugar Bakery is a small bakery that makes baked goods from scratch and handcrafted espresso drinks.

We have an opening for a barista with experience in a high-volume coffee shop. You'll be serving coffee and pastries, heating things up, and doing dishes. There is no prep work involved and no baking.

You must have 1 year recent experience making coffee in a professional environment.

Shift:

Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues: 1 open, 1 mid, 2 closes

Pay:

$21.50/hr base + $13+/hr tips. Total Pay: $34.50+/hr

Requirements:

At least 1 year of professional experience
Experience with a manual espresso machine
Good latte art skills
Ability to work in a high-paced coffeeshop environment
Friendly customer service
Good knowledge of coffee
Lives nearby preferred
