Full job description
Fiamma Pizza is looking for hard working and reliable hosts to join our team. This job includes welcoming and seating guests, server support, bussing tables, and fulfilling to-go orders. We are looking for highly efficient individuals who enjoy working in guest service. As a host, you are the first and last interaction with guests - the ability to create a welcoming, fun environment is key. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and top notch multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests
Seating guests in an organized and strategic manner
Answering phone calls
Correctly compiling to-go orders
Ensuring quality of all food items before they exit the restaurant
Bussing tables and basic cleaning tasks
Clearly communicating with both customers and co-workers
Operating a basic POS system
Promoting specials

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or guest service experience
Friendly and welcoming personality
Ability to stay calm and collected in high-stress situations
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Able to obtain both MAST permit and WA State Food Handlers Card
Compensation
$18.66/hr + Tips (tips typically range from $4.50 - $7 per hour), generous meal discounts.
