We are seeking a skilled data engineer to support our SQL Master Data Services and participate in small-scale data warehousing projects.
• The ideal candidate will focus on integrating data from multiple sources to build a robust analytics and reporting platform.
• The role requires extensive work with ETL tools, AWS DMS, S3 files, PostgreSQL, AWS Glue, and DBT Cloud to facilitate data analysis and transformation.
• Data is transformed into the Snowflake platform using these tools, and reporting is carried out using Tableau.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for core database programming, primarily using Snowflake to write and optimize SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and loading data.
Key Responsibilities
• Integrate data from multiple sources to build a robust analytics and reporting platform.
• Work extensively with ETL tools, including AWS DMS, S3 files, PostgreSQL, AWS Glue, and DBT Cloud.
• Transform data into the Snowflake platform.
• Carry out reporting using Tableau.
• Write and optimize SQL queries using Snowflake for extracting, transforming, and loading data.
Requirements
• Strong experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including DMS, S3 Buckets, and AWS Glue.
