Full job description
Check-in and Check-out:Handling late-night arrivals and early morning departures, ensuring a smooth process for guests.
Reservations:Managing reservations, including taking new bookings and modifying existing ones.
Guest Assistance:Addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
Wake-up Calls:Providing wake-up call services as requested.
Concierge Services:Assisting with requests like taxi or shuttle services and providing recommendations for local attractions.
Financial Responsibilities:

Balancing Accounts: Reconciling all financial transactions from the day shift, ensuring accuracy in room charges, taxes, and other fees.
Report Generation: Producing daily reports for management, including financial summaries, occupancy rates, and other relevant data.
Payment Processing: Handling guest payments, including credit card transactions, cash, and other forms of payment.
Cash Handling: Balancing cash drawers and reconciling them with receipts.
Reviewing Transactions: Verifying the accuracy of all transactions posted to guest accounts.
Other Responsibilities:

Security:Monitoring hotel security, potentially overseeing the safe and ensuring the safety of guests' valuables.
Communication:Communicating with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.
Supervision:Overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
