Job Description

Data Engineer Role

This is a highly technical position that involves working with large datasets and designing data infrastructure to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Implement Data Infrastructure: Develop scalable data warehousing solutions using AWS DMS, S3 files, PostgreSQL, AWS Glue, and DBT Cloud.
• Integrate Data Sources: Work on integrating data from multiple sources to build a robust analytics and reporting platform.
• ETL Development: Use ETL tools to facilitate data analysis and transformation.
• Data Transformation and Loading: Transform data into the Snowflake platform for analysis and reporting.
• Reporting and Analytics: Use Tableau for reporting and analytics.
• Core Database Programming: Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Required Skills:
• Snowflake and PostgreSQL Expertise: Strong experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL databases.
• Relational Database Concepts: Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
• AWS Services: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as DMS, S3 Buckets, and AWS Glue.
