Position : Lead Software Engineer

✅ Key Responsibilities

🚀 Architecture & System Design

· Define scalable, secure, and modular architectures.

· Implement high-availability patterns (circuit breakers, autoscaling, load balancing).

· Enforce OWASP best practices, role-based access, and GDPR/PIPL compliance.

💻 Full-Stack Development

· Oversee React Native & React.js codebases; mentor on state management (Redux/MobX).

· Architect backend services with Node.js/Express; manage real-time layers (WebSocket, Socket.io).

· Integrate third-party SDKs (streaming, ads, offerwalls, blockchain).

📈 DevOps & Reliability

· Own CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Kubernetes).

· Drive observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK); implement SLOs and alerts.

· Conduct load testing, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

👥 Team Leadership & Delivery

· Mentor 5–10 engineers, lead sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate roadmaps into deliverables.

· Ensure on-time feature delivery and manage risk logs.

🔍 Innovation & Continuous Improvement

· Evaluate emerging tech (e.g., Layer-2 blockchain, edge computing).

· Improve development velocity through tools (linters, static analysis) and process optimization.

📌 What You’ll Need

· 5+ years in full-stack development, 2+ years in a lead role

· Proficient in: React.js, React Native, Node.js, Express, AWS, Kubernetes

· Strong grasp of database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Startup or gaming experience a bonus

🎯 Bonus Skills

· Blockchain (Solidity, smart contracts), streaming protocols (RTMP/HLS)

· Experience with analytics tools (Redshift, Metabase, Looker)

· Prior exposure to monetization SDKs (PubScale, AdX)
