Bujera Fort. Udaipur. Raj one of India’s leading boutique hotels famous for its Indian food is looking for a Commis II in Indian and Continental cuisine . To join our small brigade Must be skilled in local and international cooking. With a passion for quality ingredients and understand that we try to source as much as we can locally and from our own largely organic farm. The candidate would preferably live on the premises and have a passion and love for food Salary as per experience Reasonable English essential
