Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies
• Execute test cases and maintain traceability matrices
• Document and track test cases for accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct system, integration, and regression testing
• Submit defects based on execution of test plans
• Mentor and train new hires in quality assurance processes

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• Diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Banking experience is mandatory
• Familiarity with Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps Build is preferable
• Knowledge of software testing concepts, STLC, and SDLC is essential
• Experience with API or automation tools is desirable
