Senior LabVantage Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior LabVantage Developer to join our team on a freelance/B2B basis for a minimum of 12 months, with the possibility of project continuation beyond 2-4 years.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and enhancing LabVantage LIMS systems, as well as knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Core Java, and JavaScript.

Key responsibilities include defining problems, proposing and refining solutions, playing a key role in development, configuration, and deployment of overall solutions, guiding teams on project processes, deliverables, and contributing to proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience in LabVantage LIMS implementation, enhancements, and support work is required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of functionality and processes is preferred, as well as experience in Pharma, R&D, Healthcare domain with implementation experience of LabVantage LIMS.
