Kickstart your career with Plumbers Co-op! Enjoy a dynamic role assisting the Finance Team with various finance related tasks, primarily bank reconciliations and ensuring accounting practices are adhered to.


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Reconciling of daily bank reconciliations, cash clearing account and EFTPOS journals.
Maintain share register for members, payouts and reinvestment requests.
Update and reconcile dry debenture register.
Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks as required, including banking, invoicing and data entry.
Assist the finance team with special projects.
Assist with administrative functions as directed.

Previous accounts or administration experience desirable
Formal qualifications in Accounting
Basic computer skills to help with order management and tracking. ·
