Job Description – Project Architect

Job Title: Project Architect

Experience: 8 Years+

Reporting to: Project Head

Job Location: Thane

1. Taking detailed brief from Project heads

2. Designing and Planning with respective DCR’s

3. Preparing area statement for Project potential

4. Project scheduling and prioritizing the work

5. Delegation and distribution of work within the team

6. Team Development & management

7. Being up to date with rules & regulations of Govt. bodies.

8. Q.C of design & drawings

+. Checking BOQ & Tender documents

10. Being updated about the latest technology, materials etc.

11. Coordination with client & consultants

12. Liasoning Coordination.

13. Supervising documentation file - Online & offline

14. Scrutiny of drawings with approving authorities.

15. Assisting clients in procuring materials; Vendor / Contractor selection etc.

16. Periodic site inspections

17. Reviewing performance of team members

18. Assist in conducting annual appraisals of team members/reportees
