Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Executive located in Udaipur. The Bar Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and creating innovative cocktail menus. Additionally, the Bar Executive will train staff, maintain cleanliness and organization, and uphold the venue's standards.

Qualifications
• Experience in bartending, mixology, and beverage management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Creative cocktail creation and menu development
• Ability to lead and train a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Food and beverage industry experience
• Certification or training in bartending or mixology is a plus
