About Tavaasa Cafe:

Tavaasa Cafe is a vibrant and contemporary cafe located in the heart of Dehradun, blending modern continental cuisine with specialty coffee and artisanal bakery offerings. Open Positions

1. Service Captain (4 openings)

Lead floor operations and manage guest service

Prior experience in a similar role is a must
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle guest complaints and coordinate with the kitchen
2. Service Steward (5 openings)

Deliver excellent table service with efficiency and warmth

1+ years of experience preferred, freshers welcome to apply
Must have a service-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of food and beverages a plus
3. Service Runner (3 openings)

Support service team by delivering food and clearing tables

Physically active and punctual
Must be quick, reliable, and work well under pressure
No prior experience required, training will be provided
4. Commis Chef – Indian Cuisine (1 opening)

Assist in preparing Indian dishes as per standards

1–2 years of experience in an Indian kitchen required
Must be familiar with basic Indian cooking techniques
Strong sense of hygiene and kitchen discipline
5. Guest Relations Executive (GRE) (1 opening)

Be the warm and welcoming face of Tavaasa

Polished communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in hospitality front desk or guest handling roles preferred
Fluency in English and Hindi required
6. Cashier (1 opening)

Manage orders and payments efficiently

Experience with POS systems and digital payment methods
Must be detail-oriented and trustworthy
Ability to handle billing during peak hours
7. Salesperson (1 opening)

Promote and sell Tavaasa’s bakery and coffee products in-store.

Retail or FMCG sales experience preferred
Should be confident, persuasive, and good with people
Willingness to learn about Tavaasa’s products and philosophy
