Colours Marketing is a dynamic and fast-growing distributor of premium automotive protection and detailing products, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, and advanced car care solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and building long-term partnerships with car detailing studios, accessory shops, and retail outlets across North India.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our reach in Western UP and Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing retail channels, building strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and actively promoting our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new retail outlets, car detailing studios, and automotive accessory shops.
Promote and sell products such as PPF, Ceramic Coating, and Car Care Products.
Regularly visit retail partners to generate orders and provide product training when required.
Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop territory-specific plans to expand market presence.
Maintain strong follow-up and ensure timely collections and dispatches.
Track competitor activity and report market feedback to the management.
Participate in marketing campaigns, product demos, and regional promotions.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel extensively across Western UP and Uttarakhand.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Basic understanding of car detailing and paint protection products is a plus.
Graduate in any stream; candidates with marketing or business degrees will be preferred.
