About the Role
Are you ready to make a difference? The Performance Coach is responsible for delivering learning and development needs to MADEC employment services staff, providing mentoring and coaching to drive performance excellence. This role offers periodic travel to the Goulburn Murray area.

Empower Staff: Train and support staff with the skills and knowledge they need.
Innovate Training: Design and deliver engaging training programs.
Evaluate & Improve: Assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Foster Learning: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
Travel: Enjoy the opportunity to travel frequently to various locations.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be a part of our team, you should:
Be enthusiastic, optimistic, and resilient, with a genuine desire to help others.
Possess planning and organisational skills, along with strong administrative and computer abilities to ensure compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, local labour market knowledge, mentoring/coaching, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
Have the knack for building rapport through active listening and effective questioning.
Hold a Driver’s License and be willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check if successful.
