Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation projects.

Title : Oracle EBS Project Manager

Location : Jaipur Rajasthan [ mandatory to work from office Jaipur ]

Work from office : Yes

Availability : Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience level : 15+ years with 10+ years in Oracle EBS project management

[ Note: This is project manager role NOT Oracle functional consultant - Implementation or support role. Require project managers with strong Oracle Implementation experience to shortlist for next level ]

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive experience managing Oracle EBS projects with implementation experience, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Oracle EBS implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:
• Degree in computer science/ IT/ electronics/ electrical engineering from a recognized university
• Post graduation (MBA/ PGDBM)
• Minimum 15 years of total work experience including minimum 10 years of relevant project manager experience in Oracle ERP (EBS Suite) / EBS implementations.
• Should have worked as a Project Manager for minimum Two large projects of System Integration preferably with Central / State Govt. / Private Organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules and functionalities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.
