Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Makeup Artist cum Trainer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality makeup services to clients and conducting training sessions for aspiring beauty professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bridal, party, editorial, and high-definition makeup, along with strong communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Makeup Artist:

Provide professional makeup services including bridal, party, fashion, and corrective makeup.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable looks based on skin tone, face structure, and occasion.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all makeup tools and workstations.
Keep up to date with current makeup trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
As a Trainer:

Design and deliver training programs for makeup application, tools usage, hygiene standards, and product knowledge.
Conduct theory and practical sessions for beginners and advanced-level students.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Develop course materials, SOPs, and assessment plans.
Ensure training sessions align with brand standards and industry requirements.
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a professional makeup artist.
Prior experience as a trainer in the beauty or makeup industry preferred.
Certified from a reputed makeup academy is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about teaching and mentoring.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a class efficiently.
