Full job description
Ø Perform sterilization activities, ensures all surgical items and instruments are sterilized as per the rules and with the required procedure.

Ø Receive all contaminated surgical sets from the end user, and carries out decontamination process. Ensure protocol is followed by junior staff.

Ø Segregate instruments and other items. Ensure instruments are properly functioning.

Ø Pack all the cleaned items, seal Ethylene Oxide items as per protocol.

Ø Operate steam apparatus in all OTs (auto cleaning)

Ø Carry out documentation of the quantity of consumables used on a daily basis and generates reports.
