Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Housekeeper Desk Attendant. The Housekeeper Desk Attendant will manage day-to-day housekeeping duties, respond to guest requests, and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained. Responsibilities include coordinating laundry services, communicating with guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service, and managing organizational tasks. The role also involves training new housekeeping staff to maintain high standards.

• Skills in Laundry services and Organization
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training staff
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
