Job description
Assist in planning and executing audits for clients from various industries.
- Prepare financial statements and work papers in compliance with accounting standards.
- Review internal control systems and identify risk areas.
- Prepare tax returns for individuals, companies, and other entities.
- Assist in tax planning and tax assessments (income tax, GST, and other indirect taxes).
- Provide support in litigation matters, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
- Help in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (AS/IFRS).
- Review accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Provide support in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financial modeling.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities.
- Communicate with clients for documentation, gathering information, and responding to queries.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients to understand their business and provide valuable financial advice.
