About this role

Our clinic in Griffith is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.

The role is a part time position working Mondays, between 8am-5pm, with additional days becoming available in the future.


Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

✅ Strong experience in customer service.
