Full job description
Be the Friendly Face of TPT Wealth – Join Us as a Client Relations Officer

As TPT Wealth continues to grow as part of the MyState Group, we’re looking for a customer-focused Client Relations Officer to join our Launceston team. If you thrive on helping others, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in attention to detail, this is your chance to make a real difference, right at the front line of client experience.

TPT Wealth has over 130 years of experience in financial services, we’re passionate about building trust, creating lasting relationships, and helping our clients manage what matters most.

Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, whether welcoming them at reception, responding to enquiries, or assisting with investments. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive experience and showcase the care and professionalism that TPT Wealth is known for.

Based in our Launceston office, you’ll provide general advice, support client onboarding, and maintain accurate client records, all while promoting our services with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our client services team, including:

Managing client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely, clear and compliant information
Supporting clients with the opening of Managed Investment accounts and assisting with estate administration processes
Maintaining data integrity by updating client management systems and ensuring documentation is correctly scanned and filed
Supporting compliance activities, such as AML and KYC follow-ups
Monitoring application payments and helping to resolve issues quickly
Providing reception services and guiding clients to the right team
Promoting our suite of products and services through every client interaction
What We’re Looking For

You’re a great communicator with a natural customer-first mindset. You enjoy solving problems, staying organised, and working as part of a collaborative team. You bring:

Office administration experience, including word processing and basic computer skills
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A friendly, professional approach to client service
A willingness to learn and grow—RG146 certification or the ability to complete it is essential
Experience in financial services, particularly with investment products, is a plus
Why Join MyState Group?

We’re big enough to offer growth, learning, and career opportunities—but small enough that you’ll always feel part of a team that values you. With ongoing training, wellbeing support, and a purpose-driven culture, you’ll thrive in a role where your work truly matters to the people we serve.

If you’re ready to grow your skills and support clients during key life moments, we’d love to hear from you. If you’d love to know more about this position, email us at talent@mystate.com.au. Otherwise, to apply, hit “I’m interested” by midnight 6 July 2026 to apply for the role. We look forward to receiving your application!
