South Coast Radiology is seeking a confident and caring Medical Receptionist to join our high-performing team based our Day Surgery & Specialist Centre in Tweed Heads on the Gold Coast. This state-of-the-art, comprehensive site offers a full range of imaging modalities, including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, 3D Mammography, and Procedures.
This full-time position offers a Monday - Friday schedule between 7.30am-5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing Register patients and manage relevant documentation Answer calls and respond to enquiries with professionalism and empathy Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system Advise patients on preparation requirements and appointment details Quote and process payments, Medicare, DVA, and third-party claims Maximise efficiency by managing appointment flow and clinic operations

What We’re Looking For Medical reception or radiology experience beneficial
4 week induction & training program A warm, patient-focused communicator ️ Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems
️ Strong time management and multitasking ability
A team player with a can-do attitude
❤️ Empathy, professionalism, and a drive to support others Availability to work across a set Monday–Sunday roster
