Base Salary: $6+,868 - $75,6++ (p.a.)

Total Effective Package: $8+,035 - $+5,655 (p.a.)

Full Time contract available

About the role


The Receptionist position will have dual responsibilities that include the provision of reception support to the Administrative Support Officer who provides support to programs, including the Child and Youth Assessment & Therapeutic Service (CYATS), Youth and Family Support Services (YFSS), NDIS Services and the Health Promotion
Team, and the archiving of hard copy diagnostic files to an electronic records management system located at Congress 32 Priest St. The position will work under the supervision of the CYATS management team.


To be considered for this position, you will require:

Qualifications in Business or Health Administration or similar, or previous experience working in a receptionist or administrative role
Ability to maintain high level of privacy and confidentiality.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure.
Computer and word processing skills and experience using MS Office
