Your Day Will Include

Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings, treatment schedules, and front-desk coordination
Handling calls, emails, and enquiries with confidence and care
Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with payment processing
You Will Thrive In This Role If You

Have experience in dental or medical reception (preferred, not essential)
Are confident with computer systems and multitasking
Communicate clearly and make patients feel instantly at ease
Are proactive, reliable, and love working in a high-energy environment
About You:
