Job Description

Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities
Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld
Support roster planning and operational efficiency
Coach, mentor and train Housekeeping team members in line with brand standards
Respond to guest requests, feedback, and solve problems with grace and urgency
Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering to support a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role (luxury or upscale hotel background is ideal)
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Meticulous eye for detail and standards of cleanliness
Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication - written, verbal and interpersonal
A proactive and guest-first mindset
Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends
