Join our team providing community rehabilitation and restorative programs

The opportunity
As a Full time Allied Health Assistant you’ll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists and dietitians to facilitate high-quality care to people in the community. The role will be based in Greenwich but will service the Northern Sydney community. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings.

You will support delivering person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement, consistent with the values and Mission of HammondCare.


About you
Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and data entry.
You have a basic understanding of medical terminology.
You’re a strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively.
Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record to travel between HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
