About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Database Architect/Designer to join our team at Intellidash. As a key member of our Engineering Software & QA department, you will be responsible for designing and developing data warehouse, data lake, and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Data Warehouse, data lake, and data pipelines.
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Implement automated data quality checks and validation processes.
• Integrate databases with other tools and implement industry best practices for availability and data processing efficiency.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in setting up and managing data pipelines involving large volumes of data.
• 3+ years of experience in developing POCs with different technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in MySQL or SQL Server.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS products.
• Excellent communication skills (English/Tamil).
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in diverse data processing tools like AWS Glue/AWS Kinesis, Hadoop, Apache Airflow, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud Dataflow, etc.
• Experience in BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Experience in working with ERP products like Infor Syteline, Accumatica, SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Epicor, etc.
• Experience in building IT solutions for the Manufacturing domain.
• Experience in Full Stack Development.
• Experience in Android app development.
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline.

Reltio Architect Position:

We are seeking an experienced Reltio Architect to lead the development and implementation of Master Data Management solutions (MDM).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data integration, and MDM technologies, with experience working with Reltio MDM and Integration Hub configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement overall architecture for MDM solutions, including capacity planning and development.
• Use MDM technologies and tools across an enterprise to enable the management and integration of master data.
• Assess current state architecture and understand business processes for managing MDM solutions.
• Prepare functional and non-functional requirements for desired future state MDM solution, including data ingestion, quality rules, data model, match/merge, workflows, UI, batch integration, and real-time service.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture and data integration implementations, enabling master data for AI/ML analytical use cases.
• Estimate and outline solutions needed to implement cloud-native architecture and migrate from on-prem systems.
• Work with customers to implement POCs/MVPs, guide through deployment, operationalization, and troubleshooting.
• Audit and validate non-functional attributes, building solutions with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 10 years of related end-to-end data management work experience, including 5+ years of leading Reltio MDM and/or hands-on work in master data management functional areas.
• Strong knowledge in Data Quality, Data Governance, and MDM, with experience in Clinical, MDM, HCP/HCO domains.
• Experience working with Reltio MDM & Integration Hub configuration, Reltio console, and custom jars creation.
• Knowledge of tuning and configuration of Match Rules, ROCS Utility, etc.
• Proficient in working with Reltio APIs and Java.
• Experience implementing data cleanup procedures, transformations, scripts, and execution of plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to establish positive working relationships.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in other MDM tools like Informatica MDM, IBM MDM.
• Reltio or other MDM Architect certifications
