Full job description
Duties & Responsibilities

· Receive, review and process export ocean and air bookings

· Handle export air/ocean shipments from bookings to billing until completion

· Submit timely documentation to airlines and steamship lines

· Tracking air and ocean Cargo from booking to delivery at destination

· Close follow up with CHA and Overseas agents

· Close communication with manager and fellow team members

· Advise manager of any export problems and irregularities

· Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by manager

· Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily logistics activities.

· Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.

· Timely maintained Records of Documents in Export Activities.

· Must be extremely detailed oriented and organized about Work

· Must be a team player and able to work independently

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Strong customer service communication skills

· Must work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines

· Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment

Working Location:- Chembur- Mumbai

Experience:- 1-2 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
