Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reusable Angular components, directives, and services
Build responsive and performant web applications integrated with microservices
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs effectively
Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable code
Refactor and optimize legacy code to improve performance and maintainability
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jasmine/Karma
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Use Git for version control and collaborate with team members via pull requests and branches
Working with Lead and Backend engineers to get requirements
Requirements

Experience in developing Angular components and directives
Developing web applications using Angular and integrated with Micro services
Experience in design patterns of applications
Experience of collaborating with backend developers to integrate with RESTful API’s
Improving application performance by refactoring and optimizing legacy code
Must have: Angular, Typescript, Git, RxJs, Jasmin/Karma
Nice to have: Python, NgRx, React, Vue

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$100,000 - CA$130,000.
