Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive at Mode Joyas, located in Jaipur. The executive will manage and promote the brand across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy, eBay, and Alibaba. This role includes account handling, content optimization, campaign planning, sales tracking, customer communication, and overall marketplace performance management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the digital marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and product listings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings, catalogues, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive sales
• Monitor platform analytics and optimise listings for better performance
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and service requests
• Coordinate with the design and inventory team to ensure timely product availability
• Run promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and discount strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers

Qualifications:
