Department: Overseas Education / Student Counselling

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and fluent English-speaking Senior Counsellors to guide students aspiring to study in the USA and UK. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of international admissions, and the ability to provide end-to-end support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding course and university options in the USA or UK, based on their profile and preferences.

Manage the complete admission lifecycle: applications, SOPs, documentation, and follow-ups.

Provide guidance on student visas, financial requirements, and pre-departure processes.

Stay up-to-date with international education trends, university updates, and visa regulations.

Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and student/parent meetings.

Maintain accurate student records and track progress using CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.

Experience: 2–5 years in education counselling (USA/UK preferred).

Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Other Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of admission and visa processes for USA/UK.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
