Responsibilities Support & Ensure smooth Warehouse Operations by 3PL Team / Achieving the customer SLA
Customer Complaint, Deviation Management, Debit/Credit Processes
Liaising with 3PL Team in troubleshooting with SAP activities
Good Knowledge in Excel and Data Representation
Overseeing all Warehouse activities
Safety & 5S Management
Operational MIS (Daily Sales Report, Backorder Report, GIT Tracking, Order Management, etc.)
