About the Role: We are inviting senior HR professionals, CHROs, DEI heads, and L&D leaders to serve as Sr. HR Advisor in a pro-bono, high-visibility advisory capacity for BELAP's national women's leadership movement.This is not a commercial or full-time opportunity, but a cause-driven collaboration aligned with your professional purpose.
What You'll Do: Offer light-touch mentorship (1:1 or group) or strategic input (approx. 2-3 hrs/month) - Join expert panels, guest masterclasses, or BELAP presence podcasts - Advocate for presence-inclusive leadership and authentic visibility.
