Job Overview:

Agrem Organic is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager Intern. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Manage and schedule social media content using Hootsuite or similar tools
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives
• Analyze and report on social media performance using metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting software (e.g., Google Analytics)
