Position Purpose
As a Carpenter at DT Construction, you’ll be a hands-on contributor to our reputation for quality. Your trade expertise and attention to detail will help us deliver outstanding results on commercial, residential, and renovation projects. From structural works to fine finishes, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our designs to life across a variety of sectors, including mining, government, and defence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of carpentry work for commercial, residential, renovation, and high-end fit-out projects.
Interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure precision.
Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct on-site problem-solving to deliver practical and effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain tools and equipment to a high standard.
Qualifications

Carpentry trade qualification (mandatory).
Proven experience in commercial, residential, renovation, and high-end fit-out carpentry.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.14 – $58.01 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
