Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Erandwane, Pune

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to support and execute our marketing strategies across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, coordinating college-level events, driving student engagement, and growing our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support college tie-ups, campus outreach, and student club collaborations

● Coordinate and execute offline marketing activities and engagement events

● Assist in generating leads through social media, paid promotions, and organic campaigns

● Help plan and manage content creation and social media posting

● Work with the design team to develop creatives and promotional materials

● Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events

Requirements:

● 0–1 year of relevant marketing experience (internships or full-time); freshers with a strong interest in marketing can also apply
● Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

● Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts

● Creativity and a strong execution mindset

Qualifications:

● Education: PGDM/M.Com/Master’s degree (Recent post graduates or final-year postgraduates preferred)

● Preferred: Candidates interested in youth marketing or with ed-tech exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,758.61 - ₹30,227.88 per month

Work Location: In person
