Desired Candidate Ideal incumbent will have at least 3 years to 5 years of multi facet hiring experience on lateral / permanent positions with Tier 1/ International BPOs / KPO / ITES firms specializing in Operations / Bulk hiring (Voice/ Non-Voice) The incumbent should have excellent candidate management / engagement / relationship management skills from sourcing of CV till the joining phase Excellent logical and analytical skills are a must have for the role in order to understand the job description and finding the best fit candidate Good market knowledge The candidate should have good / exemplary communication skills

Job description Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc. Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate Lining up of candidates for Interview Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc. Mentoring junior team members

- Domestic Hiring (Day Shifts - + am to 6 pm)
