Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Technical Consultant - Data Transformation for our Federal Government client.

Our client is modernizing its systems for collection of data. During fiscal year 2026-2026 our client will implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) demonstrating the end-to-end capability to acquire more timely data and report with it.

The Technical Consultant will be expected to provide the following services:

Provide direction for the overall architecture of MVP and supporting technologies including data management platforms, data access, and data storage.
Provide architectural direction for the MVP and required architectural artifacts such as logical and physical architecture.
Provide technical leadership to the MVP software development team.
Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the solution is aligned with business requirements.
Participate in development and execution of assessments to gather the necessary insight from the jurisdictions.
Research, evaluate and recommend technologies for the solution.
Provide strategic input into the evolution of data access, management, and exchange.
Consult with client Information Security team as needed.
Provide oral and written briefings throughout the project to appraise the Project Manager and management team as to the status of activities, challenges and project risks.
Adhere to client standards and policies.
