As we expand our capabilities, we are looking to strengthen our Quality Control Department with passionate and qualified professionals.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lab Executive with a strong background in Microbiology to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a regulated lab environment and a thorough understanding of microbiological testing protocols relevant to stem cell or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform microbiological quality control testing (e.g., sterility, endotoxin, microbial limit tests)
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and instruments
Prepare detailed reports and documentation as per regulatory requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production and product release
Desired Candidate Profile:

M.Sc. in Microbiology (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of experience in QC roles in pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences sectors
Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance standards
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation practices
