Full job description
Job Title: Field Marketer—Train Services (Dongle Sales)
Company: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kolkata & Field Locations (West Bengal)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Based on Experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Field Marketer to promote and sell train-related travel services, specifically internet dongles and associated products, to travelers at stations, tourist points, and other public areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a passion for the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively visit railway stations, tourist locations, and travel hubs to promote dongle/internet services.
Educate travelers about the benefits and usage of dongles during train journeys.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets as assigned by the company.
Distribute flyers, brochures, or other promotional materials.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure product availability and a smooth customer experience.
Gather customer feedback and report on market trends to the team.
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner in public spaces.
Requirements:

Minimum 10+2 qualification; graduates preferred.
Experience in sales/field marketing preferred (travel/tourism industry experience is a plus).
Must be comfortable working in outdoor and on-field environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of train travel and dongle/internet services.
Must be energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
